Chandrapur Vivaah is a matrimony service for adults who are looking for meaningful marriage matches. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to create a matrimony profile. You are responsible for keeping your phone and account secure and for providing truthful profile information.

Profile Content and Photos

You may upload profile details, preferences, photos and messages. You must not upload fake, misleading, stolen, explicit, hateful, threatening, illegal or spam content. You must have permission to upload any photo or information you provide.

User Safety and Moderation

Users can report unsafe profiles, suspicious messages and inappropriate content from the app. The admin team may review profiles, photos, reports, messages or activity needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance or fraud prevention. We may remove content, suspend access or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Communication

Use chat and interest requests respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, scam, request illegal payments, share adult content or collect another user's personal information without consent.

Subscriptions and Payments

The current Play Store build keeps paid subscriptions disabled. If paid plans are enabled in a future release, plan benefits, pricing, approvals, cancellations and refunds will be shown clearly before purchase and handled according to applicable platform and payment rules.

Notifications

We may send service notifications for OTP login, interests, matches, messages, profile activity, subscription status and admin announcements. You can control push notifications from your device settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account inside the app from Profile > Delete my account, or request deletion using the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud prevention or safety reasons.
